The Process

Commissioned work is a collaborative process. Some people come with a clear direction, while others begin with only a general feeling or size in mind. I help translate that into a finished painting that feels considered, balanced, and right for your space.

To begin, submit the commission request form with your preferred size and timeline. If you have reference images or notes you’d like to share, you’re welcome to include those as well. I’ll reach out to confirm details and make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.

If you’re unsure about specifics, that’s completely fine. Many commissions start with only a loose idea and come together through conversation.

Once details are confirmed, a deposit secures your place in my commission schedule and work begins in the studio. When the painting is complete, the remaining balance is due and the artwork is carefully packaged and shipped, ready to display.
